Connect to the clinic Wi-Fi, then use the exact private HTTPS address supplied by the clinic administrator. If this page still appears, the clinic's local name route is not configured or the clinic host workstation is not running. Do not sign in here or enter patient information.
Outside the clinic?
Do not enter patient information here. Contact the clinic administrator for the approved private access route. Approved super-user remote access uses a separately configured private route, not this public page.
